We want you to love your new Billini shoes and accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all full-priced items. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original Billini shoebox and secure them inside a mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
